With Love from Lynn

Lynn University’s Conservatory of Music partnered with Boca Raton Regional Hospital’s Lynn Cancer Institute to present three 1-hour recitals for patients this year. Visitors to the cancer institute hear the music upon entering the atrium of the Harvey and Phyllis Sandler Pavilion.

The program, titled “With Love from Lynn,” is designed to enhance the Lynn Cancer Institute’s environment of hope and healing as well as provide Conservatory students additional performance time. Due to the design of the atrium, the classical music played by the student-musicians can be heard on the second and third floors by patients receiving treatment. The program is expected to continue in 2014-15.
