Previously, she received scholarships and teaching assistantships to participate in summer music programs such as the Master Classes and Seminars of the Venezuelan Violin Academy, the Texas Music Fest, and Texas Panamerican Music Fest. On her previous school she was awarded with the ‘Class of 2012 Valedictorian’ title and the String Department Honorific Medal. She is recipient of the silver prize for the 2011 Puerto Rico Music Conservatory Solo Competition, and has been featured as a soloist with the Puerto Philharmonic Orchestra and the Camerata Morel. Her background as an orchestral musician includes: Puerto Rico Philharmonic Orchestra, Camerata Filarmónica, Dominican Republic National Orchestra, and Miami Symphony. Thanks to the support she received from Lynn University and the Friends of the Conservatory, she had the opportunity to perform in Ireland recently, and she will also be performing with the AIMS music fest orchestra in Austria this upcoming summer. Lilliana is currently a member of the jazz band Fusion Jonda and plays as a substitute for the Puerto Rico Symphony Orchestra.
