CONSERVATORY PIANO ALUMNUS JONATHAN COO RETURNS TO FLORIDA FOR CONCERT TOUR

Pianist JONATHAN COO (Conservatory alumnus '96) returned to Florida this month for a concert tour that included lecture-recitals on French Keyboard Music at the New World School of the Arts, the Miami Music Teachers  Association, and Florida Atlantic University. He also presented the program in Leesburg, Florida and a master class at LYNN on April 27.  Coo is currently on faculty at  Ateneo University, a Jesuit school in his native Philippines, and at  St. Paul's University in Manila.  He was an inaugural member of the piano studio of Roberta Rust in the Conservatory, graduating in 1996 and going on for graduate work at the Eastman School of Music.
