Welcome to the Friends of the Conservatory of Music website. As President of the Friends of the Conservatory of Music board, I would like to share with you some of our plans for the upcoming year.
The 14th Annual Gingerbread Holiday Concert is scheduled for December 11, 2016 at the Boca Raton Resort and Club's Great Hall. The day starts at 2 p.m. taking pictures with Santa, followed by the concert at 3 p.m. As our main fundraising event, proceeds from this concert support scholarships for Conservatory of Music students. Many of our students go on to secure positions with well-known symphony orchestras around the world. It is the performance education they receive at Lynn's Conservatory that prepares them for these positions and the first step in this process is receiving a scholarship to study with one of our eminent faculty. Contact Lisa Miller at +1 561-237-7745 for more information on table sponsorships.
In addition, I want to personally thank all Conservatory of Music donors who made a gift. All of us at the Friends of Conservatory appreciate your support. As a thank you, we invite you to join us Wednesday, November 9 at noon (New Time) for a Friends Concert in the Keith C. and Elaine Johnson Wold Performing Arts Center.
If you’ve not made your contribution yet for 2016-17 you can give online today or call Lisa Miller at +1 561-237-7745.
Sincerely, Barbara GutinPresidentFriends of the Conservatory of Music Board
