Lynn University receives $500,000 gift in honor of upcoming 50th anniversary

At a recent board of trustees meeting, President Kevin M. Ross announced that Chairwoman Christine E. Lynn, has made a gift of $500,000 to the university. This is the first gift in honor of the celebration of Lynn University’s upcoming 50th anniversary, 2012-2103.

Remembrance Plaza

The Lynn University Remembrance Plaza, which memorializes the six members of the Lynn community lost in the 2010 Haiti earthquake, was dedicated in March 2012. Designed by Sousa Architecture, this is a place of remembrance and reflection...a place of inspiration.

Fundraising for the Remembrance Plaza continues in order to meet the final costs and to endow the project for its care and maintenance. Donors of $2,500 and above may have their names inscribed on the donor wall.
